<p>This study aims to analyze the relationship between soft skills and career planning among students. Soft skills are believed to play an important role in helping students design their careers. The method used in this study is Pearson's correlation test to measure the degree of relationship between the two variables. The analysis results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between soft skills and career planning among students, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.671 (p=0.001), which indicates a strong relationship. This finding supports the hypothesis that mastery of soft skills can enhance students' readiness in planning their future careers. <p><em>Character education is a fundamental aspect in shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation, as mandated by the Indonesian National Education System Law (SISDIKNAS) No. 20 of 2003. However, reality shows the existence of a moral crisis among adolescents, exacerbated by the negative impacts of technological and informational developments. In response to this challenge, SMA Negeri 4 Padang has implemented an innovative character education program based on tahfizh and motivational lectures, known as “Pendekar Takesi.” This program, which has been running since 2018, aims to develop students’ spiritual, moral, and academic potential, as well as strengthen their religious identity.This study aims to analyze in depth the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the “Pendekar Takesi” program at SMA Negeri 4 Padang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, program coordinators, and students, as well as documentation studies. Data validity was ensured through methodological and source triangulation. The findings indicate that the “Pendekar Takesi” program is well-planned, involving all school stakeholders, and designed to integrate the character values of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Pancasila Student Profile). Its implementation includes weekly tahfizh Al-Qur’an activities in class and monthly or semester-based motivational lectures in the school hall, facilitated by teachers and guest speakers. Program evaluation is conducted periodically at the end of each semester, with outcomes contributing to students’ Islamic Education grades. Although the program has succeeded in enhancing students’ tahfizh abilities and learning motivation, challenges remain, including funding, the availability of qualified tahfizh teachers, and limited student interest. Solutions implemented include optimizing school funds, empowering students as peer mentors, and providing continuous motivation. The “Pendekar Takesi” program has proven effective in fostering students who are faithful, intelligent, and high-achieving, making it a relevant model for replication in other schools with local contextual adjustments.</em></p>Abdulimei HidayatAfnibar AfnibarMuhammad Zalnur

<p>Pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam meningkatkan mutu dan relevansi, terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah. Dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pendidikan di Indonesia, pendekatan <em>Deep</em> <em>Learning</em> dalam konteks pedagogi muncul sebagai kerangka transformatif yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran pendekatan <em>Deep Learning </em>(pembelajaran bermakna, berkesadaran, dan menggembirakan) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem pendidikan pada jenjang sekolah dasar dan menengah di Indonesia. Kajian ini juga akan merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan nasional untuk implementasi yang optimal. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka <em>(library research) </em>dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mensintesis berbagai literatur ilmiah nasional dan internasional, termasuk jurnal, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan. Analisis difokuskan pada identifikasi konsep, mekanisme, dampak empiris, tantangan, dan keselarasan dengan konteks pendidikan Indonesia<em>.</em><em> Deep Learning </em>merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemahaman makna dan hubungan antar konsep secara komprehensif. Model pembelajaran ini berfokus pada pengembangan pemahaman yang lebih dalam terhadap materi pelajaran melalui pengalaman belajar yang menyeluruh, dimana siswa tidak hanya terlibat secara kognitif tetapi juga secara emosional dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. <p>This research aims to gain a thorough understanding of how transformational leadership propels organizational growth and raises educational standards at Sekolah Alam Indonesia. This study examines the leadership behaviors of unit leaders, including headmasters and principals, in creating a learning organizational culture at different educational levels using a qualitative methodology and a case study design. According to the results, transformational leadership traits like intellectual stimulation, individual empowerment, and shared values greatly enhance teacher involvement, create reflective spaces, and spur innovations in the educational process of students. However, organizational dynamics still face various structural challenges, including the absence of a solid cross-unit coordination system, managerial capacity gaps among leaders, and the absence of a monitoring mechanism that can map the organization's development comprehensively. These conditions mean that the transformation that has occurred is not fully systemic and still relies on the figurative power of individual leaders. The results of this study contribute to the discourse on values-based and community-based alternative education management, by highlighting the importance of institutionalizing an adaptive leadership system oriented towards collective learning. In the context of Sekolah Alam Indonesia, which has a humanistic and ecological vision, transformational leadership is not only a managerial tool, but also a strategic foundation in shaping the character of an organization capable of sustainable growth, learning, and adaptation.</p>Tri Puji HindarsihSita Ratnaningsih

<p>This study will describe the process and results of learning the Qur'an through the tahsin method at Mts Al-I’anah Kosambi Karawang. through the tahsin method. While the learning outcomes of the Qur'an in question are describing the abilities of students before and after participating in learning the Qur'an through the tahsin method. This study aims to describe the process and results of learning the Qur'an through the tahsin method at the student Mts Al-I’anah Kosambi Karawang. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the research subjects are teachers and students who follow the learning of the Qur'an through the tahsin method. The data obtained came from the data extracted by the researcher through observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis uses the analytical model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the learning activities of the Qur'an through the tahsin method get a good response from the students. This has a positive impact on the development of students' ability to read the Qur'an from not fluent to fluent. The data is evidenced from the results of student tests before taking part in learning the Qur'an through the tahsin method, and data on the results of student tests after taking part in learning the Qur'an through the tahsin method within a period of one semester.</p>Camelia Permata PutriLilis KaryawatiNia Karnia

Educational qualifications are considered one of the key factors influencing teacher’s ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning effectively. By reviewing various literature sources, scientific journals, and previous research findings, this study finds a consistent relationship between the level of teachers’educational qualifications and their teaching competence, as will as its impact on student learning outcomes. <p>This study aims to examine in depth the evidence and procedures in adultery cases according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh jinayah), as well as their relevance from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Adultery is a serious crime that falls under the category of hudud, with sanctions determined by Allah SWT. Through library research methods, this study analyzes various classical and contemporary literature, including the Qur'an, hadith, and fiqh books such as Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah and Al-Fiqh al-Islami wa Adillatuhu by Wahbah Az-Zuhaili. The results of the study indicate that the proof of adultery in Islamic jurisprudence is very strict and based on the principle of justice, with the requirement of four just male witnesses or a voluntary confession from the perpetrator. The principle of caution is applied to avoid slander or errors in sentencing. Apart from that, the values in jinayah fiqh contain educational and moral functions that are important for the development of Islamic education, especially in forming the character of students who uphold honesty, responsibility and personal purity. <p>The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study aims to describe the use of digital media in PAI learning and its efforts to improve religious literacy of high school students. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, involving PAI teachers and 11th grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using content analysis and triangulation of sources and methods to ensure the validity of the information. The results showed that the use of digital media, such as interactive videos, e-learning modules, and online quiz applications, can increase student engagement and understanding of religious material, both from the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Digital media also encourages students to seek additional information independently and develop critical thinking skills. Technical obstacles such as limited devices and internet connections can be overcome through a hybrid strategy and teacher guidance. This research provides a practical contribution to the development of technology-based PAI learning strategies that are adaptive, interactive, and improve students' religious literacy.</p>Siti HawaNadia DwitamaMelita Dwi Aprianti
